Den Networks informs about disclosure
In terms of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Den Networks has informed that National Stock Exchange of India (‘NSE’), vide their e-mail dated November 28, 2025 (received at 5:35 pm) and BSE vide their letter dated November 28, 2025 (received around 6:00 pm), have approved the application for reclassification of Access Equity (‘AEPL’) from the category of ‘Promoter Group’ of the Company to ‘Public’. Consequently, AEPL has been reclassified as ‘Public’ with effect from November 28, 2025. AEPL does not hold any equity shares/voting rights in the Company. Copy of approval letters of NSE and BSE are attached.
