Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts has informed that, the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS), ‘Leela Luxe Hotels & Resorts’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on November 28, 2025. Details in this regard are attached as Annexure A hereto.
