Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, ‘Leela Luxe Hotels & Resorts’ on November 28, 2025. The newly incorporated entity belongs to Hotels and Resorts industry. The main object of the company is to own, operate, manage and develop luxury hotels and resorts under ‘The Leela’ brand.
