NATCO Pharma informs about credit rating
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’), NATCO Pharma has informed that ICRA vide their letter No. ICRA/Natco Pharma Limited/28112025/2 dated November 28, 2025 has reaffirmed/assigned the credit ratings of the Company, which are enclosed. Copy of aforesaid letter issued by ICRA Limited is also enclosed as Annexure.
