In continuation of its intimation dated 8th November 2024 and our further communication dated 16th May 2025 and 21st July 2025. In this regard, Sahyadri Industries has informed that, the indicative time for completion of acquisition and Commercial Operation shall be on or before 31st March 2026 due to delay in executing the project on the part of Emerge Solar One.
