Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Sakthi Sugars has informed that BSE and National Stock Exchange of India have, vide their communication dated 28th November 2025 (Exchange Letters), imposed fine on the Company with respect to certain non-compliance/ delayed compliance under Regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, in connection with the same is attached as Annexure - A.
