Pursuant to Regulation 7 and all other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Petroleum Corporation has informed that the Company has entered into a tripartite agreement with Data Software and Research Co. (Old RTA) and KFin Technologies (New RTA) on 26th November 2025, with respect to RTA services.
