Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Usha Martin has informed that the Company has been voluntarily assigned with an ESG rating of ‘66.8’ by SES ESG Research, a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider, based on the information/data of the Company pertaining to financial year 2024-25 available in the public domain. The above-mentioned rating was intimated to the Company by email on 28th November 2025 at 18:36 pm IST. Further, the Company did not engage SES ESG Research for ESG rating and the said rating was done independently. This disclosure is also being made available on the website of the Company: www.ushamartin.com.
