Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025, AuSom Enterprise has informed that the Company has published advertisement in English Newspaper ‘The Indian Express’ and in Gujarati Newspaper ‘Financial Express’ on 29th November, 2025. The said publication is to inform the Members of the Company that a special window has been opened for re-lodgement of transfer deeds which were originally lodged prior to the deadline of 1st April, 2019 and were rejected, returned, or not attended due to deficiencies in documents, process, or otherwise. Pursuant to regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, clipping of aforesaid Newspapers Advertisement are enclosed.
