Cheviot Company has informed that a notice to shareholders has been published in newspapers on 29th November, 2025 reminding the physical shareholders about the Special Window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSDPoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July 2025 and requesting them to ensure their Folio(s) are KYC compliant. The company has enclosed copies of the notice published in the newspapers: 1. Business Standard, all India Edition (in English); and 2. Sukhabar (in regional language - Bengali).
