Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025, Atul Auto has informed that the Company has informed shareholders regarding the opening of Special Window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares. An advertisement to this effect has been published in Indian Express (English Edition) for the information of members. A copy of the newspaper advertisement is attached.
