Consider the proposal for issue of bonus shares to the public shareholders of the Company in order to achieve compliance with the Minimum Public Shareholding requirements mandated under rule 19A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 read with regulation 38 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and to declare record date for the said purpose. 2. Any other business with the permission of Chair.
