Sumedha Fiscal Services informs about disclosure
In continuation to earlier intimation dated August 06, 2025 & September 24, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sumedha Fiscal Services has informed that CSE vide letter dated 28th November, 2025 (received today) has granted its approval to the voluntary delisting of the listed securities of the Company. Hence, the Company is now being delisted from the official list of CSE with effect from 01st December, 2025.
