In continuation of disclosure dated July 30, 2025 regarding the proposed incorporation of a subsidiary under the name ‘AnchorFort Wealth’, ‘Bharat Vantage Wealth’, or any other name approved by the Registrar of Companies, which was intended to house ‘Project Drone,’ Share India Securities has informed that the Board of Directors has determined that in view of the evolving strategic considerations, the Company will not be proceeding with the Project and has rescinded its earlier approval. It is to be noted that other stakeholders have indicated their intention to continue with Project Drone without any investment or participation from the Company. They may incorporate a company under any of the names previously indicated or any other name of their choice. Accordingly, all details previously disclosed in relation to the proposed incorporation of the subsidiary shall stand withdrawn. The above decision was approved by the Board of Directors on November 29, 2025, at 02:46 pm.
