In furtherance to letter dated December 01, 2025 with regard to the Postal Ballot Notice of the Company, Tulive Developers has informed that the Company has completed the dispatch of Notice of Postal Ballot dated November 26, 2025 along with explanatory statement on December 01, 2025, to all the members whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/Depositories as on November 28, 2025 i.e., ‘Cut-off date’. The company has enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published in the newspaper, The Free Press Journal and Nav Shakti both dated on December 02, 2025.
