Jupiter Wagons has informed that based on the recommendations of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today December 15, 2025 has considered and approved the appointment of Mark Damian Stevenson as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effective from 15th December, 2025 liable to retire by rotation, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
