Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, read with ‘Company’s Policy on Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ about the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company. Sasken Technologies has informed that the Company’s trading window is closed until further notice in view of consideration of accounts for the quarter ending December 31, 2025.
