EPIC Energy informs about outcome of EGM
With refer to letter dated November 26, 2025, informing about the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) of the Members of the Company scheduled through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) on December 18th, 2025; EPIC Energy has informed that the EGM was held on Thursday, 18th December, 2025, through VC/OAVM, in compliance with related circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they enclosed the summary of proceedings of EGM of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 held on December 18th, 2025. The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:22 AM.
