Juniper Hotels has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, (today) has approved the appointment of Mayur Chokshi (DIN: 01238535) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, with effect from December 18, 2025. Consequent to the above appointment, the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company stands revised. The updated composition of the Board is enclosed.
