Can Fin Homes has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’ of the Company, the Trading Window for the designated persons, connected persons, promoters including members of promoter group and their immediate relatives to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company, shall be closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2025 by the Board of Directors of the Company (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the above referred category of persons of the Company have been informed not to trade (buying or selling) in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company shall be informed in due course.
