Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys has informed that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company is closed for all directors, key managerial persons, designated persons and connected persons of the Company with effect from 1st January, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2025. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the financial results for the quarter ending 30th December, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
