HB Estate Developers informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, HB Estate Developers has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for third quarter and Nine months ending on December 31, 2025.
