Bluegod Entertainment has informed that pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Person and their immediate relatives, will be remained closed from January 01st, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the 03rd Quarter ended i.e., 31st December, 2025 become generally available information.
