SJVN informs about closure of trading window
In compliance with Regulation 9 read with Clause 4 of Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, SJVN has informed that the Company has decided to close the Trading Window as per the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating and Reporting Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure’ from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of Board Meeting in which the results are to be considered, shall be intimated in due course.
