Brigade Enterprises informs about closure of trading window
Brigade Enterprises has informed that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026 up to 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the financial results for the aforesaid period will be intimated in due course. This is in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause VII(d) of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Brigade Enterprises.
