Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-POD2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025, PAN of Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives will be freezed through National Securities Depository Limited (Designated Depository of the Company) for restricting Trading in equity shares of the Company during the said Trading Window closure period.
