Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that in accordance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders in securities of the Bank (Insider Trading code), the ‘Trading window’ for trading in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for all the Designated persons of the Bank and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025.
