Smart Finsec informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, Smart Finsec has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025.
