Krsnaa Diagnostics informs about closure of trading window
Krsnaa Diagnostics has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and Company's ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. All the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees/persons, Promoters of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the aforesaid results will be intimated separately in due course.
