Pasupati Acrylon informs about closure of trading window
Pasupati Acrylon has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (the ‘Code’), the ‘Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all 'Designated Persons/promoters/directors/KMPs/Insiders etc.’ covered under the Code and their immediate relatives, with effect from Thursday, the 1st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2025 shall be intimated separately.
