VRL Logistics informs about closure of trading window
In compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, VRL Logistics has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all designated persons including Promoter’s, Director’s, Key Managerial Personnel’s, Designated Employee’s and their immediate relative’s and connected person’s shall remain closed from the end of December 31st 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 2025.
