Umiya Buildcon informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Umiya Buildcon has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 01, 2026, until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company to approve the Un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all designated persons have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of the trading window closure.
