Seamec has informed that consequent upon settlement of recovery of charter hire reached between the Company and Asian Energy Services Limited (Asian), the interim application for relief under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, filed by the Company before the Hon’ble High Court Bombay has been disposed off vide Hon’ble High Court order dated January 07, 2026. The necessary information as required in terms of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure.
