Arihant Foundations & Housing’ jointly owned limited liability partnership (LLP) -- Canopy Living LLP has executed an agreement to sell (ATS) with Sundaram-Clayton for the purchase of freehold land admeasuring 16.381 acre, situated at Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District, Tamil Nadu. The transaction is expected to be completed on or before February 11, 2026. An advance of Rs 25 crore has been paid, while balance consideration of Rs 535.67 crore shall be paid upon execution of the Sale Deed. 

Canopy Living LLP is jointly owned by Arihant Foundations & Housing and Prestige Estates Projects.
