Signature Green Corporation has now successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity shareholding of Arvind Foods. Consequently, Arvind Foods has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Signature Green Corporation. Further, the Company shall consolidate the financials of Arvind Foods upto the extent of 60% shareholding acquired during the quarter ended December 31, 2025 and 100% in the upcoming quarter / year ended March 31, 2026. The acquisition was completed in tranches and 100% acquisition is done.

The objective of acquisition of Arvind Foods is to utilize the valuable assets (including plant and machinery) of Arvind Foods and to increase in the production capacity of the Company. In November 2025, the company had acquired 60.19% equity shareholding of Arvind Foods.
