Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Poddar Housing and Development has informed that, Suman Kumar Verma and Meenakshi Saini, Independent Directors of the Company have tendered their respective resignation letters dated 27th September, 2025 intending to resign as Directors of the Company with the then immediate effect. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular number CIR/CFD/CMD/2/2015 dated 9th September, 2025 are provided in the annexure attached. Further, it has confirmed that there is no material reason for their resignation other than mentioned in her resignation letters. Confirmation pursuant to Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, received from the Director is enclosed.
