Lahoti Overseas informs about trading window closure
Lahoti Overseas has informed that as per the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from January 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2025 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the stock exchange. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
