Urban Company has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Company (NRC/ Committee), at its meeting held today, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, has approved a total grant of 565,100 stock options to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 (ESOP Scheme 2015). Details as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as ‘Annexure -I’. The NRC meeting commenced at 09:00 am (IST) and concluded at 10:30 am (IST). The aforesaid details will also be hosted on the Company's website viz. https://investorrelations.urbancompany.com/.
