L&T Technology Services informs about change in constitution of statutory auditors
L&T Technology Services has informed that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, have intimated the Company vide its letter dated January 14, 2026, that the said firm has been converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with effect from January 13, 2026 and is now known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants. The ICAI Firm Registration No is 105047W/W101187. The above is a change in the constitution of the firm only, and there is no change in the engagement with the Auditors, and MSKA & Associates LLP shall continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the remaining period of the approved tenure.
