Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Atul Auto has informed that the Board on recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of BBM & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 131385W), as an Internal Auditors of the company to conduct the Internal Audit for the financial year 2025-26. The details as per master circular Ref No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is provided in Annexure-A attached.
