Key Corp has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors held on 16.01.2026 approved the Result for the 3rd Quarter ended 31.12.2025. As per regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) regulation 2015 and as required for corporate announcement they have published results for the above quarter in one Hindi and one English News Papers. They are submitting additional details along with copy of newspapers for perusal and record.
