In terms of the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 amendments made thereunder, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) with effect from January 01, 2026, and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the above Unaudited Financial Results.
