Unified Data Tech Solutions has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today Friday, 30th January, 2026 have considered and approved the following major businesses: Based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, Appointed Singh Soni & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company in place of Sonam Jain, Practising Company Secretary for the term of 5 (Five) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30 subject to approval of the Members of the Company. Details under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, (Annexure A). The Board Meeting commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded at 4.20 PM.
