Arvind Smartspaces has acquired a new residential high-rise project on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru with a total estimated saleable area of around 6.8 lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of around Rs 860 crore. The project is acquired on an outright basis.

The project is located on Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru. This addition follows the acquisition of the Whitefield high-rise project signed in Q3FY26.
