B-Right Realestate has entered into Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with Ayyappa Developer (Shreenathji Group) for development of Celestial Heights Phase II project located at S.V. Road, Malad (West) of Village Malad, Taluka Borivali. The project is expected to yield Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 70 crore. The project is luxury project having 4 BHK flats and 5 BHK flats. It is located near Jain Temple and Malad Railway Station.
