Vibhor Steel Tubes has informed that it enclosed Suresh Kumar Agrawal, Factory Manager-Odisha, being a part of the Senior Management of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company. The Resignation letter is attached with this Intimation. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on 06 February 2026, and the same has been taken note of by the Company. Further, disclosure as required under Reg. 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
