Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Maruti Infrastructure has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 14th February, 2026, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. Further, as intimated earlier vide its communication dated 23rd December, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, KMPs, Connected Persons, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, with effect from 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025.
