Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Transchem has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Saturday, Friday 07, 2026, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025, along with Limited Review Report issued by Mathur & Co., Chartered Accountants as recommended by the Audit Committee. A Copy of the Un-audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors’ is enclosed as Annexure A. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 01:00 pm. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will re-open after 48 hours of announcement of the said Results. Further, the extracts of the Results shall be published in the newspapers in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations in due course.
