Universal Cables informs about newspaper advertisement
In pursuance to Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Universal Cables has informed that it enclosed Newspaper advertisement with respect to the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 published in one English newspaper namely 'Financial Express' having country-wide circulation and in one Hindi newspaper having wide circulation in the Satna district in which registered office of the Company is situated i.e. ‘Nav Swadesh’.
