The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation submits board meeting intimation
The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13th February, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Corporation for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 and to consider the declaration of Interim Equity Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26. Further, in accordance with the Corporation’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the Corporation’s Equity Shares will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of publication of Unaudited Financial Results of the Corporation for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
